实验浓缩机Lab Thickening Equipment

试验室浓缩机是采用湿式选矿的选后产品（矿浆）进行脱水的一种设备，由浓缩池和机械刮泥耙组成。进入浓缩池的矿浆其固体矿粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，实现固液分离，沉积于池底的矿泥被刮泥耙连续不断地集到中心排矿口排成，而澄清水由池边溢流口溢出，达到脱水浓缩的目的，可用于金矿的氰化浸出锌粉质换提金工艺中，是氰化浸出后的矿浆进行固液分离洗涤作业的专用设备

Lab thickening equipment model LZNSL-66 which is designed for dehydration of produce(ore slurry)after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank and mechanical scraper rake. The solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity. Ln this way, solid-liquid separation is realized. The sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which is discharged. And then, clear water will flow out from overtlow port at the tank. At this point, dehydration and thickening is realized.
